Milford — As part of the on-going SR 1, Thompsonville Grade Separated Intersection Project, the Delaware Department of Transportation’s (DelDOT) contractor Mumford & Miller Concrete, Inc., will be closing the right lane on SR 1 southbound in the vicinity of Thompsonville Road Overpass from 6 a.m. until noon on Saturday, April 23, for milling of the shoulder. Beginning on Monday, April 25 through Friday, April 29 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. motorists can expect single lane closures on SR 1 northbound and southbound under the overpass for the installation of bridge brackets and protective shielding.
